The Site and the Platform

The Site provides information about the Injury OptiX platform. Use of the platform itself is governed by a separate written agreement between Injury OptiX and each customer. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

No professional advice

Content on the Site is general information. It is not legal, medical, billing or financial advice. The revenue gap calculator produces illustrative estimates based on the numbers you enter; actual results vary.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information or using it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The Site, its content and the Injury OptiX, Command OptiX, Case OptiX and Chart OptiX names and logos belong to Injury OptiX. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, except to view the Site for its intended purpose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Chatham County, Georgia.
